We have broken down the list into our own courses, that are very much either suited to absolute beginners, or, for those that are looking for a refresher with their security skills – and – ‘vendor-neutral’ infosec certs that are well known and internationally recognized.

This list is directly related to courses offered by Concise Courses. We regularly update our courses so for the latest and greatest list please refer to our training page.

All of our courses are valid for Continuing Education and the majority of them are live, online, and fully interactive. We also have several free courses – just take a look below and click through for more information.

In Summary
We all know that technology moves at a rapid pace, especially within the security space as new threats and vulnerabilities are discovered and then exploited by hackers. It is both in the interest of a company, and the
individual to learn the necessary skills to combat the latest threats.

Furthermore, security training helps individuals by firming up their job security – this is achieved by being able to demonstrate to your line manager that you have taken the time to commit to learn new skills. Education and training can also lead to pay rises and promotions.

All the courses listed above are interactive and many of them (in fact, the majority of them) have two-way student-instructor tuition.

Let us know your thoughts! What do you think about taking time to study? Do you favor our short ‘mini-courses’ over the vendor neutral certs? Let us know! We’d especially like to hear from people to hear how education and certification has impacted their careers. As always – your feedback is vital!
